“We wanted to know the reasons why Canterbury is a consistently strong team at the highest level. Fortunately we had the chance to visit Canterbury as part of the IHPU. Throughout our two weeks in Canterbury we learnt the reasons behind their strength.
We saw their successes as being based around “organisational ability, good people, clear targets, powerful passion and enjoying life”. Of course this is backed up with good staff, coaches and players. It was a great experience for us. Everybody was very kind to us in Canterbury. We thought that this kindness was one of their real strengths.

We wanted to make our team stronger through this experience and transfer what we have learnt in Canterbury to our own style at Yamaha. It was good to stay and learn as part of the IHPU in Canterbury. We want to visit again!”

I came to the Crusaders and had an excellent Rugby experience. I  learnt so much, not only in my field as performance analyst but had a great insight into the Crusaders culture. I was extremely well looked after and felt very welcome.
